MOHINIATTAM
GURUKUL
A completely open courtyard and
an angled thatch roof framing a piece of nature
announce the great breadth of the residence and
its concealed dance hall. A pattern flows downward
in giving half-moons, which imitate the rounded
nature of all Mohiniattam movement.
Designed by Gerard da Cunha. Inaugurated in 1992
and funded by BPL.
The residential course in Mohiniattam is currently
discontinued.
