The Nrityagram Dance Ensemble of India has grown artistically since its New York debut two and a half years ago. Only three of the ensemble dancers received visas in time to travel to performances in the New York area this month. But those dancers more than held their own on Friday night at the Kaye Playhouse in a program of Odissi dance performed with new authority, subtlety and projection but the same youthful radiance that distinguished the troupe in 1996.
